Last year, a kind friend shared some seeds for Blackberry Lilies with me. I planted them near our front steps, and they’ve been growing very well so far this year, but hadn’t bloomed. Until Friday.
Now, I can’t wait for more blooms to show up – they are just gorgeous. I’m really very grateful that my friend shared with me, and what a wonderful gift – perennial flowers that will return year after year!

Well, if I figure out how to save the seeds from it, I can send you some! Or, I do believe that they are available through Seeds of Change if you would like to get a pack. 🙂
It takes a year for them to bloom, so you might want to get some and start them this year, so that you have blooms next July. 🙂 I’m not sure the seeds I will get from my plants in September will get to you soon enough to make that happen!
