Red Flannel Hash

Yum! Check out this wonderful dish that incorporates eggs from our farm. Photo shared with us by Detroit’s own Bethany Shorb, of Cyberoptix Tie fame (she and her fiancé are big fans of our flock’s eggs.) They made Red Flannel Hash, which includes fresh beets, masala dry rubbed chicken, goat cheese, poached eggs, and red skin potatoes. Sounds delicious!
